THE INDUCTIVE WELDING SYSTEM

WELDING ZONES
ALL INNER LAYERS MUST HAVE DEDICATED ZONES FOR WELDING OPERATIONS.
GENERALLY THESE ZONE ARE 4 AND MUST BE PRESENT ON THE TWO LONG SIDE OF INNER LAYER.
COPPER NET IS PROPERLY DESIGNED FOR DIFFERENT COPPER THICKNESS
IN ORDER TO PRODUCE A CONSTANT WARM -UP OF THE WHOLE BOOK INDEPENDENTLY OF ITS
TOTAL THICKNESS.
THE PROCESS CONTROL
THE WELDING PROCESS IS CONTROLLED BY A SET-POINT TEMPERATURE ; EACH WELDING HEAD
CAN BE SET INDEPENDENTLY IN ORDER TO ASSURE THE SAME QUALITY OF ALL WELDED POINTS.

iT IS MADE BY USING THE STANDARD PIN CONFIGURATION AS FOR THE CUSTOMER'S.

THE PROCESS

THE BLACKED INNER LAYERS ARE ALIGNED ONE OVER THE OTHER AND THEN WELDED BY USING INDUCTIVE CURRENT.
WHEN THE BOOK IS READY( ALL INNER LAYERS AND PREREG POSITIONED), IT MOVES TOWARD
THE BONDING AREA,STARTING THE WELDING ACTION.
MEANWHILE THE PREVIOUSLY WELDED BOOK MOVES TOWARD THE LAY-UP STATION.
ONCE THE BONDING CYCLE IS COMPLETED,THE WELDED BOOK IS MANUALLY REMOVED FROM
THE MACHINE BY THE OPERATOR AND A NEW PREPARATION BEGINS.

MACHINE CONFIGURATION

A DOUBLE DRAWER ALLOWS TO HAVE ONE BOOK IN PREPARATION AND ONE
BOOK IN BONDING IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE OUTPUT PRODUCTION.

LAY-UP STATION AND TEMPLATE

WELDING STATION

IT CONSISTS OF 4 INDUCTIVE DOUBLE WELDING HEADS ADJUSTABLE IN ANY DIRECTION, ACCORDING TO THE SIZE OF WORKING PANEL.
THE DISTANCE BETWEEN 2 WELDING POINTS OF THE SAME HEAD IS 70 MM: THEY ARE MANUALLY SET IN THE CORRRECT X AND Y DIRECTION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POSITION GIVEN BY THE TWO MARKS.
THE HEADS OPEN AND CLOSE TO ALLOW LIFT -UP OF THE TEMPLATE.
