DESCRIPTION

THE TREATER CARRIES OUT THE IMPREGNATION OF GLASS CLOTHES WITH EPOXY RESIN.
THE MAJOR INNOVATION OF TREATER CONSISTS IN THE FACT THAT THE NECESSARY THERMAL ENERGY FOR EVAPORATION OF SOLVENT AND POLYMERIZATION IS REALIZED BY ELECTRICAL RADIANT PANEL.
USING ELECTRICAL ENERGY AS PRIMARY THERMAL SOURCE IS MUCH EASIER THAN ADOPTING ANY OTHER SOURCE GENERALLY USED IN SUCH PLANTS, LIKE DIATHERMY OIL.
THE RADIANT PANELS OF TREATER ARE TOTALLY SAFE , BECAUSE OF THEIR SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION.
PANELS ACHIEVE THE HIGHEST YIELD PRODUCTION AT THE SAME TIME;THEREFORE IT POSSIBILE TO SAY THAT,WITH ABOUT 4Kw PER M², SYSTEM OBTAINS THE NECESSARY RESULTS
BOTH IN PHASE OF SOLVENT EVAPORATION AND POLIMERIZATION, WITH LEAST CONSUMPTION OF ENERGY.
THE MATERIALS OF THE PANEL ARE CONSTRUCTED TO TRANSMIT ENERGY TO PREPREG IN FORM OF ELECTROMAGNETIC LONG WAVES,PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR THEIR PURPOSE.
AS A MATTER OF FACT THE RESIN AND THE SOLVENT, WHICH IS CONTAINED IN THE RESIN, CAN BE EATED FIRST FROM THE INSIDE AND THEN ON THE SURFACE: THEREFORE THE PRODUCTS MADE BY TREATER DO NOT SHOW ANY TRACE OF SOLVENT AFTER THE RESIN POLIMERIZATION.
THIS DOES NOT USUALLY HAPPENS TO THE PRODUCTS MADE BY TRADITIONAL WAYS.
PROCESS MADE BY TRADITIONAL SYSTEM CREATES A KIND OF BARRIER THAT PARTIALLY PREVENTS THE EVAPORATION OF SOLVENT REMAINED INSIDE THE PREPREG (BUBBLES).
IT CAUSES A QUALITY PROBLEM WHEN THE COPPER FOIL IS PRESSED ONTO THE RESINS DURING THE BONDING PROCESS.

SAFETY OF TREATER MACHINE

AS KNOWN, THE EVAPORATION OF SOLVENT FROM PREPREG INCREASES THE CONCENTRATION OF THE SAME IN THE DRYING STATION.
CONCENTRATION COULD REACH SUCH A HIGH LEVEL THAT COMBUSTION OF THE SAME COULD BE PROVOKED WITH THE RISK OF AN EXPLOSIVE CHAIN REACTION, IT IS NECESSARY TO INTRODUCE PURE AIR IN SUCH A QUANTITY ABLE TO EXTRACT MIXED-AIR SOLVED WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE DYNAMIC STABILITY OF DRYING TOWER ATMOSPHERE.
THE TEMPERATURE OF THE AIR INTRODUCED INTO THE DRYING SECTION WITH A TRADITIONAL SYSTEM IS USUALLY AT 70°C,BECAUSE IT IS ALSO NEEDED TO HEAT THE PREPREG ITSELF.
IN CASE OF TREATER THE TEMPERATURE OF THE AIR IS ABOUT 100-120°C,CONSEQUENTLY THE VOLUME IS REDUCED IN FUNCTION OF NORMALIZATION OF VALUE OF THE AIR ITSELF.
FOR TREATER IT IS ABOUT THE 60% OF TRADITIONAL TREATER.

ADVANTAGES

THE HOT AIR IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY IN THE TREATER DURING THE PHASE OF POLYMERIZATION, BECAUSE THE RADIANT PANELS ARE GOOD ENOUGH.
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE REDUCED VOLUME OF AIR IN THE TREATER AS FOR EXTRACTION OF SOLVENT AND POLYMERIZATION PHASE IS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE (80-90%) THAN IN USUAL SYSTEMS. THE USE OF THE RADIANT PANELS IS ALSO USEFUL TO CONTROL THE PRECISION OF POLYMERIZATION. THE TREATER IS DIVIDED IN MODULES IN BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONS, AND THE TEMPERATURE OF EACH MODULE IS AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED TO OBTAIN THE BEST QUALITY OF THE FINISHED PRODUCTS.
PRACTICALLY SPEAKING,A PERFECT GEL-TIME IS OBTAINED ON THE WHOLE SURFACE OF CLOTH.
